If your intro file isn't playing in CentovaCast, it can disrupt your stream. Here's how to fix it.
1. Verify Format and Location:
Check your intro file format (MP3, WAV) and its location on the server. Important: the intro file MUST match the format and bitrate of your mountpoint stream. i.e. if you're broadcasting in MP3 128kbps, the intro file must be in the same format.
2. Check Stream Settings:
Ensure intro file playback is enabled in CentovaCast settings.
3. Test Playback:
Play the intro file directly through CentovaCast to see if it works.
4. Restart Server:
Try restarting the server in CentovaCast settings.
