Over the Christmas and New Year period, our team will be taking a well-deserved break. As a provider of critical internet-based services, however, there is never a complete shutdown.
Technical support will remain available throughout the holiday season with staff on call, and our data centre facilities continue to be staffed on site at all times. Urgent and emergency support tickets will be prioritised, while non-critical enquiries will be addressed once the holiday period has passed or as staff availability allows.
